Course content
This introductory course has a theoretical component including, Anatomy & Physiology and coping mechanisms. It is designed to highlight awareness, understanding and informs on practical individual choices regarding the employment of self preservation and self protection skills in the positive and effective management of personal stress:
Assessment
There is no formal assessment attached to this course. However, participants will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of the programme.
